Who is eligible?
The standard $49 Snapshot is currently available to U.S.-based, customer-facing small businesses with one public location or service area. Email sales@rpgdungeonllc.com before purchasing if your situation falls outside that scope.
What public sources are reviewed?
The review uses customer-visible information from Google Search, Google Maps, the linked business website, and relevant public pages reached from those sources. No private analytics or account access is used.
What if the business has no Google profile?
The Snapshot can still review the public path customers encounter. A missing or limited profile may become an observation, but this service does not create, claim, or edit profiles.
What is not included?
The Snapshot does not include account changes, profile edits, review responses, ongoing management, or promises about rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or review outcomes.
When does the two-business-day clock start?
Delivery is targeted within two business days after both payment and complete intake are received. Missing or inaccessible information may delay the report.
How do refunds and corrections work?
A full refund may be requested before research begins. Custom work is generally non-refundable after research starts, except where RPG Dungeon LLC cannot deliver or law requires otherwise. Send verified billing errors or factual corrections to support@rpgdungeonllc.com.
